Returns & DOA

  • Record an unbroken unboxing video for any livestock order — it is required for a DOA claim.
  • Report dead-on-arrival livestock within 2 hours of delivery with the video and clear photos.
  • Approved DOA claims are refunded or replaced on the next delivery run.
  • Unused equipment in original packaging can be returned within 7 days.
  • Consumables such as food, medication and fertilisers cannot be returned once opened.
